Additional Information:

The user did not donate the required amount for donation status. The user was informed of the minimum amount to which he gave a fake 'sob-story' about how he can't afford it and things are hard etc. I informed him that donations can be made in parts until the full $25 is met to gain access. He demanded a refund and threatened the site.
