I've already seen 5 other people that don't want to stand for your bullshit. $25 is more than the fucking game itself. $10 is more reasonable. That is a fair amount. But NO ONE is gonna give you 25 whole dollars for, not only a FREE program, but a program that's EVERYWHERE else for free. You asked for money for your program because of some bad apples from some form, and in-turn you turned the ENTIRE forum and probably thousands if not millions of people against you. And you still think people will pay $25 for it? No, especially since Terraria itself isn't $25. Lower it to $10 and many more people will give you money for such a program. But keep it at $25 and you'll see little to NO income

actualy if you think about how log $25 will allow you to play ffxi from scratch (just 2 months $9.99[for the game]+$12.99[for the second month of play on 1 char]= $21.98) and it keeps this site ad free, and not to mention that its probably only a one time charge(even if its recharged once a year[which will probably only be forced if this site costs go above what has been donated so far]) its a drop in the bucket of what ffxi costs for a year $145 thats 5+ times what if costs for the tools that get updated as fast as ffxi does

the donation fee is for all apps at once, I do not plan to do any type of 'a la cart' type payment model.

The $25 donation is a one-time fee. As the site states in the donation post if incoming donations drop to nothing / near nothing a global amount goal will be set. Then it is up to the community to reach that goal. No one person is required to donate again, anyone can to put towards the goal.

Since I have moved to this donation model, we have never had that happen yet still. An internal goal I set for the site has been met every month without issue. So I do not plan to enforce this unless it is ever required. When the time comes as well, I will be completely open with the amonut raised so far in the month (will post info from Paypal) and the goal will be set to a reasonable amount. (ie. $500)

I have not had any complaints of this system given that all the previous subscription-based apps were made free when I had to move the site. I do not believe in ripping off my customers / community like wizbit did countless times. That has never happened on EliteMMO and never will.
