I wanted to do another reminder to everyone regarding their passwords and account safety across the web. Last year I made a similar post regarding this same issue, and the same kind of problem has surfaced again this past month. You can see the old post here:

This past month, there have been several hacks that have resulted in millions of stolen passwords and other private user data across the web. This past week has also seen a handful of previously stolen data in older hacks resurface on the web. Many people from this site have been targeted due to using the same email, username and password across the web on other sites. I have had to ban several accounts (including donators) for having compromised accounts spamming infected links.

As a reminder, it is highly encouraged that you DO NOT use the same password on multiple sites.

It is encouraged that you use a password manager and use highly randomized, long and mixed-character passwords (letters, numbers and symbols) when possible.
